and conditions
Placing orders
All orders must be placed by fax, or U.S. Mail. Any changes
pertaining to an existing order must be made in writing;
there are no exceptions. Minimum opening order is $700.
Re-order is $500. All orders must be placed with a 50%
deposit, balance due prior to shipping. Call for production
time; usually 5-8 weeks. Every piece of furniture is
handmade, and finished to order, therefore all furniture is
non-returnable.
Payment & terms
Net 30 terms will be available to those on approved credit.
All NSF payments will incur a $75 surcharge. We gladly
accept, visa, master card, and American Express. Past due
accounts pay 3% interest every month, on unpaid balance. A
30% re-stocking fee will be applied to all orders that are
cancelled or changed after seven days of order being
received and processed. Orders shipped within California
must include a California resale certificate.
Damages & claims
Damages sustained in transit are the sole responsibility of
the freight carrier. If a packaged item is dented, opened,
punctured, or looks as if damage may have occurred, examine
contents in the presence of the driver. All damages must be
noted on freight bill at time of delivery and taken up with
carrier immediately. Notate any visibly damaged cartons, or
shortages directly on the bill of lading and keep all
packaging materials. Any damage not noted and/or documented
may result in your claim being denied. Manufacturer defects,
or concealed damages must be reported within three days of
receipt. Once this time has elapsed, we can no longer assume
responsibility. Cracks occurring in pine, which are
non-threatening to the structure of the piece, are not to be
considered a defect, this is the nature of pine, especially
in a dry climate. Our furniture is inspected thoroughly
prior to shipping and is accepted by the carrier in good
condition. Once carrier has accepted freight, our
responsibility ends. No returns will be accepted without
proper authorization.
Shipping
Shipping is an additional fee. We ship blanket wrap via
American West, Trail Lines, Plycon, Paradise, HEP-Direct and
Cal Metro, unless otherwise specified and arranged by you.
If shipping is to be common carrier (packaged), we charge a
6% packaging fee, or $25 which ever is greater. All of our
pieces ship directly from our facility in Torrance,
California . We have freight carriers that will ship to both
commercial and residential locations. Residential deliveries
may result in additional charges. We suggest you locate a
local "receiver" in your area to receive your freight and
transport to the location you require. We are not
responsible for miscommunication between freight carrier and
consignee (recipient). Delivery discrepancies, damages, and
freight charges, are the sole responsibility of the freight
carrier once the merchandise has been accepted. Shipments
are sent freight collect (customer pays for freight at time
of delivery), unless arrangements have been made for
prepay.
Custom furniture
We require a sketch, picture, or diagram with exact
specifications when ordering custom furniture. Quotes will
not be given without them. An up charge may be made
according to redesign. Please allow 48 hours from receipt,
for price quote. We cannot be held accountable for
miscommunication between customer and sales representative
or showroom. Custom orders will be completed based on
specifications given. Custom orders are available at our
discretion and must be prepaid. We assume no liability for
orders written incorrectly.
Finishes
Due to variations in texture, and wood graining, the actual
finished product may vary from previously ordered pieces.
Therefore we cannot guarantee an exact match, however, all
attempts to replicate a given finish will be made. You are
invited to submit your own paint or stain finishes directly
to our facility. Our finishes will withstand normal wear and
tear.

the right to use them in our collection.
• All prices subject to change without notice.
• Dimensions are taken at widest, deepest, and highest
points. All dimensions are approximate to within one inch.
• By placing an order it is assumed that these terms and
conditions have been read and understood.
