Usual delivery time from pick-up: 4-12 business days.

  
 Recommended Procedure for Receiving Furniture
Inspect the carton and merchandise for damage with the driver present.
If damage is discovered, make note on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign their name.
Do not refuse the merchandise as this further complicates the situation.
Save all packaging. A claim will be disallowed if the packaging is not made available upon request.
Call the freight company immediately to report the damage and request an inspection.
Pay the freight bill. Your claim will not be approved for payment if the bill is delinquent.
If merchandise is to be repaired or returned to the Factory, a Repair Authorization must be requested.
Any merchandise returned without an authorized RA number will be refused.

  

We never use veneers, particleboard, fiberboard (MDF), or plywood. Never. Only real, solid wood is ever manufactured.
All furniture sealed and protected with clear, flat lacquer. All measurements taken at tallest, deepest, and widest dimensions.
